Setup POP3 e-mail account in Microsoft Windows Mail Client

1. Open “Microsoft Windows Live Mail” application.

2. On the top of the window, locate and select the "Email" menu option.



3. In the Windows Live Mail | Add your email accounts window, please fill in the required information. Kindly refer to the example below:

Email Address: demo@sales.webvis.net
Password: **********
Display name for your sent messages: Webvisions

Once done, select the "Next" button.

Note: Make sure you to select the “Remember this password” and "Manually configure server settings" checkbox.



4. In the Windows Live Mail | Configure server settings window, please fill in the required information. Kindly refer to the example below:

Incoming Server Information
Server type: POP3
Server address: mail.sales.webvis.net
Port: 110

Outgoing Server Information
Server address: mail.sales.webvis.net
Port: 25

Logon user name: demo@sales.webvis.net

Once done, select the "Next" button.



5. In the Windows Live Mail window, you should see the "Your email account was added" message prompt. Once done,select the "Finish" button.



6. You can now start using your Webvisions' email hosting services using your Microsoft Windows Live Mail application. Cheers!
